Our Services

Mediation services are provided at $450 per hour, with a two hour minimum for half day conferences and four hour minimum for full day conferences. 

*A charge of 10% interest compounded per month to be added to any bill not paid within 30 days of receipt.

* If the mediation runs longer than the minimum time, then the parties will be billed in half hour increments.

* A two hour charge will be applied to any cancellation within 3 full business days prior to the mediation date.

* All invoices for services are due upon receipt. 

* Further, the law firm/counsel is responsible for payment - not the client.

* We will not accept any mediations where one party is Pro Se, unless the represented party(s) has/have agreed to pay the mediation fee in full.
